One Year Warranty

We've got you.

Your Jewellery is our Jewellery

Each item purchased directly from our website is protected by a one-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

During this period, we will replace, at no cost to you, any jewelry found to have a manufacturing defect. Such defects typically become apparent during the initial wearings. While these occurrences are infrequent, we assure you that you are protected under the terms of this warranty.

Just so you know...

Our warranty doesn’t cover:

- Loss and accidental damage.
- Regular wear and tear like scratches, broken chains or clasps, tarnishing after 12 months.
- Damage from improper use or storage.
- Items repaired or altered by other jewellers.
- Items purchased through a third-party retailer.

Please reach out to that retailer for further assistance.

Daffany jewelry is designed to last, which is why all of our products are covered by a one-year warranty, starting from the day when your original order is received.

Warranty Terms

Customer is responsible for any shipping
fees required to send products back to Daffany

Customer must contact Daffany to lodge
their warranty claim and request the return
shipping address before sending back any
items.

Customer must ensure that items are safely
packed before shipping. Daffany will not be
responsible for any lost or stolen items.

When sending back the items, customer
must use tracked shipping. Packages sent
without tracking will not be processed.

Daffany reserves the right to void the
warranty on any items showing signs of
modification, abuse, or damage beyond
normal wear, as determined by our jewelry
professionals.

My item has broken. Can I get it repaired or replaced?

We are very sorry to hear this, please do reach out to us via email with the following information so that we can find the best resolution for you:

An image of your item highlighting the issue.

Order reference / proof of purchase.

The name of the person who bought the item if this was a gift.

Once received our team will review and get back to you to resolve this.

My item has tarnished, what can I do? 

All Gold plated pieces will eventually fade with time. The nature of how the piece is worn and cared for can significantly affect the speed of fading. Re-plating is not included in your warranty after 12 months although we do offer a chargeable re-plating and complimentary polishing service on selected styles.
